Physiotherapy

Physiotherapist is providing manual therapy to patient's knee

Overview

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy focuses on understanding why pain or movement problems are happening, not just where it hurts. Through a thorough assessment and personalized treatment plan, this program helps people reduce pain, restore movement, and return to daily activities with confidence.

The approach is evidence-informed, practical, and patient-centred. Treatment is always tailored to each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and current abilities.

Get Well Family Health Team Physiotherapy service is grounded in a patient-centred, evidence-informed approach. Care focuses on understanding the whole person rather than treating symptoms in isolation. Education, active participation, and realistic goal-setting are emphasized to support sustainable recovery and reduce the risk of recurring injury.
