Our team includes family doctors, nurse practitioners, medical specialists, registered nurses, registered dietitians, social workers, and other interdisciplinary practitioners. We work collaboratively to provide care that is centered on you.
We can look after all your primary health care needs such as periodic physicals, vaccinations, cancer screenings, well baby visits, women’s health, chronic disease management, medication management and refills, specialist referrals, and more.
We provides an ACCESS CLINIC, where you can receive care for both your urgent and routine primary medical needs. This Access Clinic is available with online booking, as well as on a drop-in basis.
We currently have administrative staff and practitioners who can speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Vietnamese. As we continue to grow, we will offer additional languages that reflect the residents of North York community.
