Hip & Knee Osteoarthritis Program
Overview
Hip & Knee Osteoarthritis Program
Living with hip or knee osteoarthritis can make everyday activities: walking, climbing stairs, exercising, or simply getting around more difficult. Our 6-week Hip & Knee Osteoarthritis Program helps you build the knowledge, strength, and confidence to manage your symptoms and stay active.
This group-based program brings together physiotherapy, chiropractic care, and patient education to give you practical tools you can use in your everyday life. Rather than relying only on medication, injections, or repeated medical visits, the program focuses on helping you become an active participant in managing your osteoarthritis.

At the end of the program: Your progress will be reviewed, your goals reassessed, and your home exercise and ongoing care plan updated so you know what to do next.
