Emotion Regulation Wellness Program
Overview
Emotion Regulation Wellness Program
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by your emotions and find yourself reacting in a way that doesn’t align with your values? Our 5-weeks emotion regulation group offers practical, skills-based strategies to help you better understand your emotions, manage complex feelings, and build self-confidence in handling challenging situations.
Inspired by Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), this supportive group focuses on practical tools you can use in everyday life. You will learn how to recognize emotional patterns, regulate emotional responses that get in the way of what matters to us, and build more positive experiences.
Whether you are looking to improve emotion regulation, coping skills, stress management, or overall mental well-being, this program provides practical strategies you can take with you beyond the group.
