Nurse Practitioner - Jue Chen (Grace) Chen

Grace completed her Master of Nursing – Nurse Practitioner (Primary Health Care) at the University of Toronto in June 2023. She has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2023, beginning in respirology before transitioning to clinical and metabolic genetics, where she provides care to patients with complex and rare conditions.

Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Grace worked as a nurse across multiple specialties, including the Emergency Department, infectious diseases, oncology, musculoskeletal, transplant, and palliative care.

Grace is committed to providing compassionate, patient- and family-centered care. She values building trusting relationships, supporting patients through complex health journeys, and promoting shared decision-making tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring restaurants
