Clinical Pharmacist - Jane Lai

Jane is a dedicated pharmacist whose practice is guided by the profession’s core ethics: putting patients first, acting with integrity, safeguarding health, and supporting informed decision-making. In her experience working in community and retail pharmacy, Jane has had the privilege of advocating for patients’ health goals, ensuring they have the knowledge and support to make informed choices—even if that means deferring to another healthcare professional. She has found that the best outcomes happen in collaboration with other providers, and she looks forward to contributing to interprofessional care as part of the Get Well Family Health Team (GWFHT). Jane is passionate about empowering people, providing thoughtful care, and honoring the value of each individual.

Outside of work, Jane enjoys spending time with her two young children, whose curiosity and creativity never fail to surprise her. She plays Ultimate Frisbee year-round and loves incorporating crafty, environmentally-minded hacks into daily life, from repurposing materials to propagating succulents and nurturing her plant collection. She delights in the small wonders of life, from a perfectly unfurling leaf to a blossoming bud.
