Our Naturopathic Doctor provides personalized care to support your health and wellbeing. Whether you are managing a chronic health condition, experiencing hormonal or digestive concerns, coping with stress or fatigue, or simply looking to improve your overall health, we are here to help.

Naturopathic care includes lifestyle counselling, nutrition guidance, acupuncture, and recommendations for supplements when appropriate.

Services are provided as part of the Family Health Team and work alongside your physician, nurse practitioner, and other healthcare providers.

Services included

Chronic Disease Support

This program provides support for patients managing conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular risk factors, and pre-diabetes.

Care focuses on practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support long-term health and complement your existing medical care.

Stress, Sleep, and Mental Wellness

This program supports stress, burnout, anxiety, and sleep concerns. Care may include lifestyle strategies, stress management tools, and acupuncture when appropriate.

Digestive Health

We investigate digestive symptoms such as bloating, reflux, constipation, diarrhea, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Care focuses on diet and lifestyle strategies that help improve digestive comfort and function.

Women’s Health

Hormonal changes throughout life can affect energy levels, mood, metabolism, and overall health.

We support patients experiencing:

  • Painful or irregular periods
  • Premenstrual symptoms (PMS)
  • Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
  • Hormonal acne
  • Perimenopause and menopause

Care may include lifestyle and nutrition strategies, acupuncture, and other naturopathic approaches when appropriate.

  • How do I see the Naturopathic Doctor?

    Since we are part of the Family Health Team, a referral from your physician or nurse practitioner is required. These services are available to eligible patients within the Family Health Team, including those who may not have extended health insurance coverage for naturopathic care.

  • How Many Visits Will I Need?

    Patients are allowed up to three visits and are typically provided per referral. After this, your physician may determine whether another referral would be helpful.

  • Can Naturopathic Care be used Alongside my Other Medical Treatments?

    Yes, Naturopathic care can complement your existing medical care and may involve collaboration with other members of the healthcare team when appropriate.
