Overview
GWFHT Metabolic Health and Wellness Program is a five-session program designed to help you build practical, sustainable habits that support your overall health and well-being.
Rather than focusing only on the number on the scale, the program takes a whole-person approach to health. You will explore your relationship with food, eating patterns, physical activity, sleep, stress, emotional wellbeing, and everyday habits that can influence your metabolic health.
Across five sessions, you will have opportunities to reflect on your current habits, set realistic goals, learn practical strategies, and identify small changes that can fit into your daily life. Each session builds on the previous one, with time to check in, discuss challenges, and celebrate progress along the way.
